In 2008, NHDC published the ‘Land Allocations Issues and Options Paper’ for consultation. NHDC asked for views on 159 potential development sites which could help and meet needs and targets for housing, employment and other land uses.
NHDC received several thousand representations, which included suggestions of a further 125 sites. Two of which are in Ickleford, both of which are promoted for residential use and lie in the green belt outside the village’s existing boundary. NHDC need to find out what you think of these sites.
