For refuse clearance on the public highway, call the flytipping hotline on 0800 3286023
 
If the refuse is causing an obstruction on the highway and you believe the obstruction is dangerous, dial 999
flytipping

If you see the offence and the offenders, neither of the above apply.
Record the details and dial 01462 474373(NHDC Licensing and Enforcement team).
This will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.
