Crime Update

Theft from a motor vehicle
Ickleford Sports and Recreation Club, Chambers Lane  
Some time on Sunday the 8th June.
Offender unknown has approached the vehicle and smashed the drivers front window gaining entry. Once inside offender have attempted to remove the satellite navigation system.

Please be mindful not to leave items on view in your vehicle and also remove valuable items from the boot area when leaving your vehicle unattended. (Please click here for further advice)

Theft of a JCB digger
Claymore Dtive, Ickleford At 10.20pm on Monday the 2nd June 08.

Offenders have been seen to drive a JCB digger from the property and load it on to the back of a trailer attached to a flat bed truck and have then driven off in the direction of Arlesey.  
Suspects: 5 white males, with irish accents, driving a flat bed lorry with a white cab and trailer

Theft from a motor vehicle
Turnpike Lane, Ickleford
Committed between Time 01:00 and 07:15am on Monday 14/04/08

Between above times offenders (s) have smashed the rear back window of the vehicle. Offenders (s) have then reached through and stolen items from within.

Theft from a motor vehicle
St Katherine’s Close, Ickleford
Committed between 8pm on Sunday 13/04/08 and 5.55am on Monday 14/04/08.

Between above times offender (s) have smashed the passenger side window and the rear left hand window of the Peugot van and removed a drill and other items.
