There was a good attendance of residents at the Annual Parish Meeting last Thursday and all those present enjoyed a varied and interesting evening with presentations from Ickle Drama, Ickleford School Choir, St Katharine’s Church Choir and St Katharine’s Singers.
Interspersed with the entertainment were reports from District Councillor Patricia Gibbs, County Councillor Nigel Brook, whose report was read in his absence, and Parish Council Chairman Philip Crowe. Inspector Simon Tabert also gave an update on Police activities in the area, and introduced our new village PC Katie Hull and PCSO Sarah Jeffery.
